Day 1: Welcome to Ho Chi Minh city | Meal: D | Overnight: HCMC
Warm welcome upon your arrival in HCMC. Your guide will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel located in the downtown. After check in you will have free time to relax, then your guide see you again for a welcome dinner at the river cruises on the Saigon river.
Day 2: Cu Chi tunnels & HCMC | Meal: B-L | Overnight: HCMC
In the morning you drive to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels. This underground complex is a must-see when you are in HCMC. You are invited to crawl around in the safer parts of the tunnel system or try a shooting range where you can fire a number of assault rifles, such as the M16 rifle or AK-47, as well as a light machine gun like the M60. Back to HCMC and continue to visit some famous attractions such as Reunification Palace, Municipal Theatre, City Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral and War Remnants Museum then having a walk through the city downtown and end up at the Ben Thanh market, the city’s biggest market. Today you have am excursion to the Mekong Delta. Surrounded by thousands of crisscrossed canals, life in the Mekong Delta revolves much around the river, most of the villages are often accessible by rivers and canals rather than by road. Upon arrival you take a motor-boat to explore the Thoi Son islet, one of the four famous islets ( Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix). Following a village path passing local houses to visit some family-run coconut candy mills then you take a horse-cart from village to village. Enjoy lunch with local special dishes followed by the “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, a very common art activity in the Mekong Delta performed by local people. Back to HCMC. At leisure.
Day 4: Fly to Nha Trang | Meal: B | Overnight: Nha Trang
Today you leave HCMC for Nha Trang. Voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Nha Trang boasts a six-mile stretch of fine white sand, quiet and warm waters, and stunning archipelagos. Have free time until transfer to airport for flight to Nha Trang to start your beach vacations.
Day 5 - 7: Nha Trang - Free & Easy | Meal: B | Overnight: Nha Trang
Your free time for relax and enjoy the facilities offered by the resort. Try some water sports like snorkeling or diving among the coral reefs in crystal blue waters, hike nature trails, cool off in your private plunge pool, indulge in spa treatments or just relax on the white sand beach and admire the unspoiled mountain and sea views before retiring for the evening.
Day 8: Fly to Danang - Hoi An | Meal: B-D | Overnight: Hoi An
Enjoy your free time until transfer to airport for flight to Danang. Your guide and driver will meet you at the Danang airport for a transfer to your hotel in Hoi An. Hoi An used to be an international trade center by sea on the east area in the 16th and 17th centuries. It was the busiest trading port during the reign of Nguyen as merchants from Japan, China, Portugal, Spain, Holland stopped over to exchange and purchase commodities. At leisure then you enjoy dinner at local restaurant.
Day 9: Hoi An & Tra Que village | Meal: B-D | Overnight: Hoi An
You start the day with a walking tour to explore the Ancient town with old houses, narrow streets, moss-grown walls, lantern makers and visit Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, Handicraft workshop and enjoy traditional arts performance. Afternoon you ride by bicycle to Tra Que Vegetable village where you can join with the local farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing with seaweed from the local lake. It is also good time to relax and learn more about the Vietnamese village. Biking back to Hoi An and enjoy some famous dishes of the town.
Day 10: Hoi An Cooking Class | Meal: B-L | Overnight: Hoi An
The cooking class begins with a with a Vietnamese cup of coffee followed by a visit the Hoi An colorful market. It is time to get in touch with local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients for your own cooking lesson. Take the Red Bridge boat cruising along the Hoi An river to the cooking school. On arrival, you explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden and learn about some of Hoi An and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The 2-hour cooking lesson includes a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving . You also have a chance to try some dishes yourselves. Lunch is served included what you have cooked. Relax and back to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 11: Hoi An – Free & Easy | Meal: B | Overnight: Hoi An
Today you have a free day for relaxation at the resort , water sports, diving, snorkeling, sunset watching or take a bicycle to discover the other sides of Hoi An, visiting some handicraft village nearby or visit another World Heritages Sites in the Central: My Son Ruins. Experience the bespoke clothing tailoring or relax with a cup of coffee in a local street pub are worth to try.
Day 12: Hoi An – Museum of Cham Sculpture - Hue | Meal: B - D | Overnight : Hue
In the morning you leave Hoi An for Hue. Located in central Vietnam, the World Cultural Heritage Site Hue used to be the Citadel of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945. Stop to visit the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture, the world’s largest collection of Cham sculpture by Ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Journey to Hue is travelling over the Hai Van pass where you have a stop for a panoramic view over the Lang Co beach. Free. At leisure. Evening meeting with your guide again for a Hue Royal style dinner, taste some Royal cuisines at local restaurant.
Day 13: Hue full-day tour | Meal: B - D | Overnight: Hue
In the morning you have a Dragon boat cruising on the Perfume river to visit the Thien Mu pagoda, one of the oldest and prettiest religious buildings in the country. From there you rejoin your car to visit the king Minh Mang’s tomb and king Tu Duc’s tomb. In the afternoon you explore the Hue Citadel. End of the day you visit the local Dong Ba market located on a bank of the Perfume river – a paradise for snapshots of daily activities. Back to hotel for short break then taste Hue cuisines at local restaurant.
Day 14: Fly to Hanoi | Meal: B - D | Overnight: Hanoi
Today you take an one-hour flight to Hanoi, the one-thousand-year old city and the capital of Vietnam. Your guide will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your hotel located in the downtown. Free time to relax, then your guide see you again for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Your first day in Hanoi is completed by a water puppet show – a unique art performance in Vietnam.
Day 15: Hanoi full-day tour| Meal: B-L | Overnight: Hanoi
This full day tour offers you Hanoi’s most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, House-on-Stilts and the One Pillar Pagoda followed by Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda originally constructed in the sixth century. For lunch you enjoy a Hanoi special dish “Cha Ca” at one of the most unique restaurants located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Afternoon you visit the Temple of Literature then having a walk around the Sword Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple and enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee at a street-pub. At leisure.
Day 16: Hanoi – Halong Bay | Meal: B-L-D| Stay overnight: Traditional Junk
In the morning you leave Hanoi for Halong Bay via the Red River Delta. Welcome on board. You will set out on a junk cruise on the bay passing by the island, islets: Hoa Cuong fishing village, Soi Sim beach, Ti Top Island, Tung Sau Pearl Farm, Me Cung Cave and to reach one of the largest floating village in Halong Bay “Cua Van Floating Village” while seafood lunch is served.Visit Cua Van Floating Village and experience one of the beautiful place in HaLong bay where you can enjoy kayaking or just seat on the traditional bamboo boat with local people. Enjoy swimming and kayaking in Tung Sau Pearl Farm Village. Back to the junk and enjoy cooking demonstration to discover the Vietnamese cuisine. Evening you enjoy the elegant Paradise dinner with a Traditional Bao Dai dress and photo shoot with captain and manager on board folowed by relax at leisure; enjoy Movie Night, Board Games, and Fishing or Beauty Spa services.
Day 17: Halong Bay – Ceramic village - Hanoi | Meal: B-L | Overnight: Hanoi
Early bird will have a chance to join in the Taichi lesson on the sundeck and view the sunrise over the bay with a cup of coffee or tea. After brunch you will take a tender to visit one of the most beautiful limestone grottos – Sung Sot cave. Your junk set sail while cruising back to the dock while you are enjoy a final glimpse of Halong Bay. On the journey back to Hanoi you will have a stop at the Phu Lang ceramic village – one of the most famous ceramic brand dated from 17th – 19th century in the North of Vietnam. Then you will drive back to Hanoi.
