You must have a Vietnam visa stamp or a Vietnam visa on arrival pre-approved letter beforehand.  You can get a tourist visa stamp  from any Vietnam embassy or consulate office to your country or a Vietnam visa on arrival pre-approved letter on arrival in the Vietnam International Airport, Vietnam International Check-point.  This visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended  while you are in Vietnam. The visa stamp fee is from US$ 25

5. Vietnam visa exemption

• Citizens from countries: Kingdom of Great Britain, Republic of France, Federal Republic of Germany, Kingdom of Spain and Republic of Italy Japan, Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Russia when they come to Vietnam with the time limit of stay in Vietnam NOT exceeding over 15 days.
• Citizens from 9 countries in ASEAN with the time limit of stay in Vietnam as of: Philippines NOT exceeding over 15 days ; Thailand, Malaysia, Singaore, Indonesia, Campuchia, Laos NOT exceeding over 30 days.
• All foreigners come to Phu Quoc Island – Vietnam with the time limit of stay in Vietnam NOT exceeding over 15 days.

Cambodia & Laos Visa On Arrival
All foreign visitors are now able to obtain the Cambodia visa upon arrival at the airport. Just prepare the following documents:

• Passport (validity of more than six months balance at time of entry)
• One passport photo (4×6 cm)
• US$ 30 cash for tourist visa fee (Paid directly to the Immigration Office)

Myanmar Visa
All foreign visitors need to get a visa before you travel. Clients should apply at the nearest Myanmar Embassy or Consulate well in advance of travelling. Myanmar eVisa now available at: http://www.evisa.moip.gov.mm/NewApplication.aspx

In case the mentioned room type is not available, your room will be upgraded to the next higher catagory automatically. In case the mentioned hotel is fully booked, our travel expert will contact you via e-mail to inform and suggest you the best alternative hotel as the same category as the mentioned hotel for your trip. In case your all the hotels by your tour type are not available, we will suggest you tyhe next hotel category, inform you the surcharge if any or work together with you until we both have the best choice. All these change will be reconfirmed in the Final Confirmation Voucher / Agreement.

• All services are operated on the pre- paid basis
• All prices are in US dollar and per person. Twin sharing basic. Client who stays in a single room must pay the single supplement.
• Amount of deposit  of 15% total price  per group is requested upon “Book Online” form completed and sent.
• The outstanding balance will be requested to settle 45 days prior to the tour departure date and can be by creditcard or bank transfer.
• In case the tour is within 45 days prior to the departure, full payment is requested.

• Maximum 1- 2 children can share room with parents
• Children under 2 years old are free of charge. Shared bed with parents.
• Children from 2-6 years old will be charge 50% of adult price. Shared bed with parents.
• Children from 7-12 years old will be charge 75% of adult price, stay in extra bed and shared room with parents.

The Type of Tours are mostly based on the category of  hotel accommodation offered for tour.

• Superior Class: based on the International Standard 3-star hotels
• First Class:  based on the International Standard 4-star hotels
• Deluxe Class: based on the International Standard 5-star hotel
• Luxury Class: based on the International Standard  Deluxe 5-star hotels

• Single room : Accommodate one person only.
• Double room: Accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed or king size bed.
• Twin room: Accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds
• Tripler room : Accommodate three people only. The room will contain either one double bed queen and one single bed or one double bed and one extra bed.
• The normal policy of hotels for check-in is after 14:00 and check-out  before 12:00h
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to available. An extra charge is applied.

• Breakfasts are included in the hotel. Others meals are included as stated in the itinerary. (B: breakast ; L: lunch; D: dinner)
• Food is one of the most exciting parts of travel. Your meals are set menu basic and at the selected local restaurants. We d’love to offer you our world wide famous cuisine as much as possible.

All motor vehicles used for overland trips are modern and air-conditioned,  ranging from a car to a 45-seat coach. This is private and for your group only, no one else.

• 4-seat car: 1 or 2 passengers
• 16-seat van: 3-6 passengers
• 30-35 seat coach: 7-15 passengers
• 45-seat coach: 16-35 passaengers
