We returned safely to Luxembourg.
Thank you very much for your good arrangements in Myanmar, very interesting country to discover. We had a quite busy itinerary, but we visited so many interesting places; it was worth to get up early in the morning. They gave us an efficient service; our guides were all very pleasant persons, with a lot of knowlegde; All the drivers gave us a very safe drive.
Hotel in Yangon was very good as well in Mandalay (despite this hotel was located out of the city center) Hotel in Bagan was also nice. Hotel in Pindaya and on Inle Lake were less comfortable, but still it was a very interesting experience. Hot air balloon is a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the new Golden Eagle company for their great service.
Our pilot was from Zurich and he shared with us his real passion for flying through the air with an hot air balloon. We were only 5 passengers on board. It was just great. The 2 other balloon companies have many more balloons in the air and the capacity of each balloon is much bigger (to 20 passengers / balloon). All local flights were on time, luggages were never lost, despite they were handled manually by airport employees (quite impressive to see in which conditions those employees are working).
We brought many good memories from Myanmar.

I just wanted to let you know Mr Rollerson phoned today to say how much he enjoyed his holiday.
He said the organisation and running of the tour went very smoothly and the guides were exceptional. Apparently the guide in Hanoi knew the owner of the junk in Halong Bay and managed to get their cabin upgraded to a suite, which they were especially happy with. He also said the village they visited on the way back to Hanoi the guide got talking to some of the locals and they ended up having dinner with one of them.
He also asked if you could find out and provide him the contact details of the guide who looked after him in Hoi An, as he would like to send a card to say a special thank you.
Thank you ever so much, it really looks like the guides are putting an extra effort in to making our people feel welcome.

Thank you and your team for organising a wonderful 4 week trip for us. Our trip was characterised by excellent organisation, flexibility and wonderful guides and drivers and of course a wonderful country with lovely people.
We didn’t have much thinking to do as all was done for us in a very easy and “no worries” way. When we had to change our arrangements once this was handled with much professionalism and ease turning a potential issue in a demonstration of excellence. In this regard our Hanoi (and surroundings) guide Long was quite impressive. Not only did he demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and organisational skills he was just very much on the ball. In addition to providing details about the past he was able to paint a picture of today and the future of Vietnam which made us sit back and take it all in and say “yes that makes sense”. He is definitely an asset for your company and for Vietnam!
There is one item I would like you to improve and that is the security of payment and delivery of the goods or guarantee of your performance. Of course all went well for us but I suggest you make it more clear to potential customers that their payment for a trip is secure. There was not much which gave me a warm feeling in this regard when I booked. If under Vietnamese law there are some guarantees that should be mentioned. Also if your company has some guarantees that payment will result in implementation of the trip this should also be mentioned under something like “payment security” or “no risk with your payment”.
Now with more and more people booking on line their main concern is that the party on the other side will perform and that their money doesn’t end up in a black hole.
Again thank you very much for a wonderful trip and we will certainly use you in the future and recommend you to others.

Just to let you know that we had a great time on our Indo China holiday and returned home on Saturday tired but having thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotels, food and itinerary were all excellent and the guides of a very good standard.
We particularly enjoyed our time in Luang Prabang and Hoi An and our trips to My Son, Angkor Temples, Halong Bay, the Pak Ou Caves river trip along the Mekong and the morning alms giving at Luang Prabang. The two restaurants at Hoi An (Full Moon and Brothers) and those at Siem Reap (Madam Butterfly and Chapney) were of a very high quality as were most of the others you booked for us.
The only small comment I would make was that the hotel at Vientiane was well below standard and I would really not send anyone else there. Amongst other problems, it was really quite dirty, particularly the bathroom.
Looking forward already to our next adventure.

Weather is much colder here, had even snow on Monday, the day we landed in Luxembourg.
I would like to thank you again for all the arrangements you made for us. The trip went quite well without any major troubles.We enjoyed the trip through Vietnam, experienced many unforgettable memories.
The itinerary was very good, accommodations were good, except for one night at the Hotel Serenade (We appreciate very much your extremely prompt action).Location of hotels was very convenient.
We were satisfied with the guides and the drivers. Guides were friendly, helpful and had a good knowledge of Vietnam history, culture, ….
Drivers gave us a very safe drive through your country with busy traffic.
We enjoyed the cruise in Halong Bay.
We love Vietnamese food, even at breakfast.

My sister in law and I were well looked after from our hotel to our return home. Mrs Xuan was very cheerful and helpful and reassured us from the hotel to the Ferry departure.
Our Guide, Mr Thuan was well informed and had good knowledge about the tour. His English was also very good. He gave us flowers for the memorial to lay.
The driver Denh was to be recommended as he was safe, informative and also helpful. His car was clean and he presented well.
