Day 1. Welcome to Hanoi | D | Overnight: Hanoi

Warm welcome upon your arrival in Noi Bai International Airport – Hanoi. Widely acknowledged as one of the loveliest cities in Asia, this one-thousand-year old city offer you its unique images that totally different from other Asian cities. Hanoi still retains a small-town provincial charm and unique intermingle with a French legacy wide, tree-lined boulevards, parks, grand villas and an artistic, café society.

Meet your local guide at the airport for a transfer to hotel. Check in. At leisure. Your guide see you again for a water puppet show – a unique art performance in Vietnam. Enjoy welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Back to hotel. At leisure.

Day 2. Hanoi Sightseeing – Street Food | B | Overnight: Hanoi

This full day sightseeing offers you Hanoi’s most interesting places including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, House-on-Stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda originally constructed in the sixth century.
Hanoi Street Food Tasting: Comprised of chaos and charm in equal parts, Hanoi is worth to explore and a foodie’s dream, offering some of the best street food in the world. Small local street food eateries are everywhere in Hanoi, with the smoke from grilled pork wafting through the streets and a bubbling stockpot of fragrant pho on every corner. Time to taste some Hanoi famous street food as: Pho Hanoi ; Banh Cuon ; Bun Cha Hanoi followed by a cup of Vietnamese coffee at a street-pub.
Continue to visit the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Former Prison, Ngoc Son Temple. Back to hotel. At leisure.

Day 3. Hanoi – Pu Luong | B - L - D | Overnight: Pu Luong Retreat

Today you leave Hanoi for Pu Luong Nature Reserve by road via a breathtaking mountain pass giving you a panoramic view of the whole valley. Check-in. Lunch at the beautiful retreat.

In the afternoon you have a transfer to a suspension bridge over the Cham River, where you begin your walk in search of stunning water wheels. Upon arrival a local fisherman’s house, you have a short rest to gear up for the rafting adventure. Float along the calm river and enjoy the views, in between learning how to paddle and steer your handcrafted rafts. Disembark at the Tan Lap Bridge and join your car back to Pu Luong Retreat for dinner.

Day 4. Enthralling trekking | B - L - D | Overnight: Pu Luong Retreat

Start early to descend into the beautiful valley facing the Retreat where you walk around tumbling rice terraces. Trek through small paths shrouded in vegetation to slowly reveal a picturesque village sitting at the base of a towering mountain. Continuing to the base of the valley, you weave between roads and farmland, villages and wild fields, ponds and rivers, mountains and open land. Savour the ever-changing scenery as you trek to a beautiful spot. Then you have a transfer  back to Puluong Retreat for lunch. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5. Pu Luong – Hanoi | B | Overnight: Hanoi

Enjoy the morning at the Retreat before you drive back to Hanoi. Again enjoy the breathtaking mountain view. Check-in hotel in Hanoi. At leisure. You may like to join in the night market at the Hanoi Old Quarter with its ancient commercial streets named after their original businesses dating back about 1,000 years such as Silk road, Sugar road, Silver road…

Day 6. Hanoi – Halong Bay | B - L - D | Overnight: Traditional Junk

In the morning you leave Hanoi for Halong Bay via the Red River Delta. Welcome drink on board upon arrival Tuan Chau Harbor. Cabin check-in. Lunch is served while the cruise is sailing and passing by thousand of unknown islets. Stop at the Pearl Farm village. Take a kayak around Pearl Farm village before sailing to the Titop Island. Time for sunbathing, swimming or climb up to the peak of the Titop for the panorama view of the Halong bay. Return to the cruise. Join in the Cooking demonstration by the cruise chef to prepare some Vietnamese dishes. Enjoy the Sunset Cocktail on the Sundeck. Dinner with Vietnamese set-menu. Evening you are free to join some cruise activities including chat around the bar, watching movies of Vietnamese films, playing cards, playing chess, reading or try your luck with squid fishing.

Day 7. Fly to Danang - Hoi An | Brunch - D | Overnight: Hoi An

Early bird to join Tai Chi on the sundeck. Enjoy sunrise at the bay followed by a light breakfast. Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes to explore the cave one of the most beautiful cave in Halong bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Back to the cruise. Cabin check-out. Light lunch is served while the cruise is sailing and passing by thousand of unknown islets. Disembarkation. Rejoin your car transfer to Hanoi airport for flight to Danang. Meet you local guide at airport for a transfer to hotel. At leisure. Enjoy dinner with some famous dishes of the town.

Day 8. Hoi An Town & "Fish & Farm Life ” | B - D | Overnight: Hoi An

In the morning you have a walking tour to explore the Hoi An Ancient town with old houses, narrow streets, moss-grown walls, lantern makers and visit Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, Handicraft workshop and enjoy traditional arts performance.
Afternoon you take a bike along country roads to experience Vietnamese rural life and get in touch with local farmers and enjoy a sampan sailing on the Thu Bon River to meet local fishermen, try their traditional net fishing, experience paddling the bamboo basket boat. Biking back to the town to relax at a local pub, do some shopping or visit the local tailors who make quality clothes in a flash. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 9. Hoi An Free & Easy | B | Overnight: Hoi An

Today you have a whole day free for relaxation at the resort or spend at beach with water sports, sunset watching or take a bicycle to discover the other sides of Hoi An, visiting some handicraft village nearby or  visit another  World Heritages Sites in the Central: My Son Ruins or Hue Citadel.  The Hoi An bespoke clothing tailoring or relax with a cup of coffee in a local street pub are worth to try.

Day 10. Fly to HCMC - Sightseeing | B - D | Overnight: HCMC

Again you take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh city, a city full of surprises. The city’s core is still adorned with wide elegant boulevards and historic French colonial buildings and offers plenty of reasons to visit, from its blend of historic, attractions to vibrant shopping, dining and nightlife.
Afternoon you visit some famous attractions such as Reunification Palace, Municipal Theatre, City Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral and War Remnants Museum then having a walk through the city downtown and end up at the Ben Thanh market, the city’s biggest market. Enjoy dinner at the Bonsai cruise on the Saigon river.

Day 11. Cu Chi Tunnels – Street Food | B | Overnight: HCMC

In the morning you drive to visit Cu Chi Tunnels. Very famous in the wartime with its smart and complicated system including underground meeting room, kitchen, food, weapon caches, hospital. This underground complex is a must-see when you are in HCMC. You are invited to crawl around in the safer parts of the tunnel system or try a shooting range where you can fire a number of assault rifles, such as the M16 rifle or AK-47, as well as a light machine gun like the M60. Back to HCMC. Time for the HCMC Street Food Tasting. Much influenced by the culinary of Chinese, Cambodia, and Thailand, Southern food uses a little bit more sugar and coconut water and coconut milk. Southern cuisine also contains more saltwater and brackish water seafood than the North and the Centre. Just taste and see the differences yourself with some famous street food as Hu tieu Saigon ; Banh xeo

Day 12. HCMC – My Tho – Can Tho | B - L - D | Overnight: Can Tho

Today you leave HCMC for the Mekong Delta. Surrounded by thousands of crisscrossed canals, life in the Mekong Delta revolves much around the river, most of the villages are often accessible by rivers and canals rather than by road. Upon arrival you take a motor-boat to explore the Thoi Son islet. Following a village path passing local houses to visit some family-run coconut candy mills then you take a horse-cart from village to village. Enjoy lunch with local special dishes followed by the “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, a very common art activity in the Mekong Delta performed by local people. Rejoin your car for a drive to Can Tho. Check-in. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 13. Floating market – HCMC | B – D | Overnight: HCMC

Early wake up to join in the Cai Rang floating market, one of the most exciting activities you should do when you are in this area. Take a motorized boat to join the market and experience how people exchange goods, fruit and many other commodities on their vessels. You also find floating restaurants, floating bars, floating gas stations, and many other floating shops. Back to the shore. Visit Binh Thuy communal house before back to HCMC. At leisure. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 14. Departure HCMC | B

Enjoy your free time at your hotel or you can do last minute souvenir shopping before meeting your guide for transfer to airport for your flight home. Have a nice journey. Thanks for joining us.
