Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Halong Bay is one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders with over 3000 natural limestone islands dotting the bay.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery before you have some stops to explore the most beautiful grottos of the bay. Lunch is served with local seafood. Your guide meet you at the cruise ship pier for a transfer to Hue. Located in central Vietnam, Hue Cultural Heritage Site used to be the Citadel of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945. Stop to visit Thien Mu pagoda, one of the oldest and prettiest religious buildings in the country. Continue to visit the Nguyen Dynasty king Tu Duc’s tomb. Lunch is at local restaurant with some Royal style cuisines. Time to explore the Hue Citadel comprising three circles of ramparts, Hue Capital Citadel, Royal Citadel and Forbidden Citadel. Drop at the local Dong Ba market on a bank of the Perfume river – a paradise for snapshots of daily activities before back to your cruise ship.

Hoi An is one of the famous World Heritage sites in Central Vietnam.  Hoi An used to be an international trade center by sea on the east area in the 16th and 17th centuries. It was the busiest trading port during the reign of Nguyen as merchants from Japan, China, Portugal, Spain, Holland often stopped over to exchange and purchase commodities.

Welcome by your guide at the cruise ship pier for a transfer to Hoi An Ancient town.  Start walking to explore the town with its old houses, narrow streets, moss-grown walls.  Visit some of the most interesting sights of the town including Japanese Covered Bridge, Hoi An Old House, Chinese Assembly Halls and enjoy traditional art performance.  Enjoy lunch with the Central Vietnamese dishes.
